The musician is explored as a complex, multi-layered being of: body, breath, mind, wisdom, and inspiration. Students will learn how to integrate their existing paths to knowledge into each layer, resulting in the establishment and maintenance of health, enjoyment, and fulfillment in their music careers. Themes include : somatics of movement, bi-lingual music literacy, interpersonal skills, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
