NURS 332.2 - Pharmacology II

This nursing course examines the pharmacological process utilized by nurses including knowledge of medications’ actions and effects in clients throughout the lifespan. Pharmacological issues and trends, over the counter medications, and herbal supplement use will be explored. This course will be built upon prior nursing knowledge and concepts gleaned from this course will be utilized throughout the nursing curriculum.

Prerequisite: BIOL 103 , BIOL 104 , BIOL 205 , and BIOL 208; CHEM 108 ; NURS 115 , NURS 212 , NURS 310 , NURS 311 , and NURS 331.2 .
Corequisite: NURS 314 , NURS 339
