NURS 615 - Innovations in Nursing Education 3 Credits
Teaching and learning are lifelong skills that can be used by all audiences. This course will explore factors and teaching strategies that influence learning. The concept of differentiated instruction will guide students to examine and develop effective learning opportunities for learning communities of interest. Teaching and learning theories, such as Heutagogy and Universal Design Learning, will assist students in developing meaningful educational experiences using multimodal teaching strategies in order to meet the diverse needs of their learning communities.
