PHYS 346 - Elect/Magnetic Fields

Field concepts, electromagnetic theory, and electromagnetic waves. First term treats electrostatics, steady fields and currents, and electromagnetism. Second term treats time-varying fields and currents, Maxwell’s equations, and electromagnetic waves.

Prerequisite: PHYS 112 , PHYS 345  and MATH 211
