PSY 220 - Research Methods in Psychology 4 Credits

This course focuses on the fundamental principles and techniques of research in psychology. It covers the entire research process, from developing research questions and hypotheses to designing studies, collecting data, and interpreting results. Students will explore various research methodologies, including observational, correlational, and experimental designs, as well as ethical considerations inherent in conducting psychological research. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to critically evaluate psychological research and to conduct independent research.
