SOCW 682 - Mental Health Telehealth

The course provides an in- depth introduction to mental health telehealth practices, application, and ethics. In this course students will learn how to utilize telehealth as part of case management, counseling, therapeutic practice, and mental health environments. As the virtual world continues to develop and we begin to understand how various communities of people cannot access mental healthcare, mental health professionals must also adapt by learning to implement telehealth services.
