AVFA 380 - Aviation Accident Investigation 3 Credits

This course provides an in-depth study of aircraft accident investigation techniques and procedures. Students learn how to collect, analyze, and interpret evidence from accident scenes, including human factors, mechanical failures, and environmental conditions. Emphasis is placed on National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) processes, report writing, and safety management systems. Through case studies, students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve aviation safety and prevent future accidents. Pre-Requisites: AVMG 101. 3 Credits.
