In this course, students will build a foundation for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and managing occupational therapy services as they actively participate in designing an occupational therapy program proposal, with an emphasis on occupation-based programming. Students will learn to ethically manage and lead the delivery of occupational therapy services in various settings in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
