EDUC 537 - Yoga Pedagogy

Yoga Pedagogy is a capstone practicum course in which students synthesize restorative and strength-based somatic practices developed in Restore and Energize and apply them to supervised teaching practice. Emphasis is placed on instructional design, ethical and trauma-sensitive pedagogy, effective cueing, and reflective teaching. Completion of this course fulfills the final practicum requirement of the 200-hour Yoga Alliance-aligned certification pathway.

Prerequisite: EDUC535 - Energize AND EDUC533 - Restore
