EDUC 659 - The Hr Leader As Strategist

Develops K-12 HR leaders as organizational strategists - professionals who can read workforce data with sophistication, translate it into equity-centered action, and lead the systemic transformation that public education requires. Students develop fluency in HR information systems, workforce metrics and analytics, equity auditing, strategic HR planning, board governance, and emerging challenges including artificial intelligence in the HR function. This course integrates learning across the series into a Program Leadership Portfolio - a signature artifact of the student’s identity, commitments, and vision as a transformational K-12 HR leader.
