This course guides students through the initial stages of scholarly inquiry and practice improvement. Students will critically reflect on clinical, educational, leadership, or systems-level challenges encountered in professional practice and identify a meaningful research-to-practice gap. Through structured exploration of the literature, students will examine the scope and significance of the problem, evaluate current evidence, and refine a focused researchable or actionable question.
