EDUC 543 - Human Development and Art Education

Students in this course will explore the ways in which the arts can benefit the development of children and adolescents. Through project based learning rooted in contemporary theory, students explore the ways in which cognitive, social, physical, and emotional growth is impacted by engagement with the arts and arts based strategies. Students learn how developmental theories are applied within educational contexts.(M6) Spring
