EDUC 810 - Reflecting Transformational Journey

This course is designed to provide the opportunity to deeply reflect on oneself as a leader at this point in the program. In addition, learners will look forward, scanning their horizon and determining who they wish to be as a leader. Learners will identify multiple pathways that could potentially provide opportunities for application of new skillsets and mindsets in service of systemic transformation in their home learning environment. The focus of this term is a future casting projection beyond program completion.
