The course is designed to introduce students to the field communication sciences and disorders (CSD). It will provide learners with an overview of disorders of speech, language, and hearing as seen in children and adults. Additionally, special topics such as overviewing typical speech and language development across the lifespan and multicultural issues and CSD will be discussed.
